It has a showroom rather than a garage, a pool so big it could fit another house and entertaining room to spare. And, oh yeah, there are views. This is a view house to end all view houses. The visual alone must be worth at least $10 million.

You shouldn’t be surprised that the most expensive houses in L.A. are in Bel-Air and Beverly Hills. It’s only natural. This particular home is a throwback to classic luxury. It’s on a 5.43-acre lot that is packed with entertainment and excess. In addition to the massive pool, tennis courts and fun things you expect around a mansion like this, it has a miles-long hiking/walking/running trail. That’s how big the estate is.

924 Bel-Air Road
Once listed for $150 million, the highest selling price on this list belongs to 924 Bel-Air Road. It was purchased in 2019 for $94 million. Even below asking price, that’s a hefty tag. This monster mansion is over 38,000 square feet on a 1.08-acre lot. How did they do that? There are more than four stories of expansive mansion, and every level enjoys the most expensive view in the world. You can clearly see from downtown to the ocean, entirely uninterrupted.
