Since pineapples contain sugar it is very important to ensure that the dogs are not fed too much of it as it might cause dental issues. Other fruits and vegetables that can be fed to the dogs are apples, blueberry, plums, grapes, tomatoes, lemon, like, asparagus, mushrooms, onions, and other fruits and vegetables.
Peanut butter
If you have organic peanut butter available with you, then you can give it to your Frenchie. They love to have peanut butter. However, it is very important for you to ensure that the peanut butter does not have xylitol as it might be toxic to their body. Not only peanut butter tastes awesome but also has a high nutrition value. It is very important for the owner to understand that peanut butter has a lot of calories because of which it is important for them to feed the dog only 1 tablespoon. More than a tablespoon might be dangerous for their health.
Yogurt
The French bulldog can also have yogurt if given in small quantities. It is essential for owners to understand that dogs cannot have dairy products like human beings. Too much dairy product can react with their body. The yogurt has certain bacterial contents that help in making the digestive system strong for French bulldogs. However, it is very important to check that the yogurt that is being fed to the dog does not have any added sugar or artificial flavoring.
